- any error message, and a screenshot if possible.
Never send passwords or API tokens. We will never ask for them.

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 Central Africa Time (UTC+2), excluding Zimbabwean public holidays.
Before you write
- The app won't load. The app runs on Atlassian's platform, so check status.atlassian.com first.
- "Only timesheet approvers can do this". Ask a Jira admin to add you as an approver in Apps → Manage apps → Native Timesheets settings.
- A cell won't go lower. That day has several worklogs on the issue (shown by a dot in the cell). Edit them from the issue's work log.
- The grid is read-only. The week has been submitted or approved. Recall a submitted week to edit it, or ask your approver to reject an approved week.
